OK – So when you have no elevator – how to you bring up 500 floor tiles? Extremely difficult…..

A large chain was made of people and we spent over 6 hours moving all the tile by hand. We had originally planned to forklift in the tiles, but due to a delay in delivery the lift work had already commenced so it was back to “Manual Labour”

All doors in the facility have already bee raised now by 400mm to allow for the raised floor height

The work has now begun on S2. The entry from the external elevator has now been cut in and will be ready in 4 weeks for access

The “Big Chiller” naming ceremony was carried out this morning and the name finally chosen was “Big Tim”.

“Big Tim” is now fully operational and currently running in Free Cooling Mode. The outside air temp will me recorded every day to gain a record of the ambient temps we get in the area.
All units can then be configured to run more efficiently in certain months and then programmed automatically to suit.
